Award that means absolutely nothing

Dear Governor Walker,

Instead of giving us some award that means absolutely nothing to us but, rather, an image-bolster for you, show us that you appreciate us by allowing us to keep our collective bargaining rights, fair pension plans for our "outstanding" work, and adequate health care plans since we all go "above and beyond" in our line of work.
