National Football League Deals with Their Lock Out

Dear Governor Walker,

     As the National Football League deals with their lock out ,various team owners are trying to deal with their budget shortfalls.  Sound familiar?  Any way  here is what  Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay told The Indianapolis Star, “I look at someone who’s making $40,000 or $50,000 a year, who has rent to pay . . . and I just can’t see . . . as an owner asking them for anything."
