Dear Walker:
Sir,
I am truly concerned about what you are doing to our state. Even your Republican cohorts are finding out
that they don't know what you will propose next. Sen. Ellis says in an interview that "you sprung the recycling" on then.
Here is a quote by Randy Hopper
The Hopper quote can be found in a press release that’s still up on the Web site of another state senate Republican. The release quotes three Republicans — Hopper, Sheila Harsdorf, and Dan Kapanke — calling for the removal of all “not-fiscal policy and all earmarks” from the 2009-2011 biennial budget. From the release:
“Budgets should not be used to conceal controversial policy that has little chance of passing as separate legislation,” Hopper said. “None of the non-fiscal policy will help solve our budget deficit and much of it will harm working families all over WisconsinIsn't this exactly what you have done. You will hear testimony on SB 22 tomorrow. Out educational system works in Wisconsin. I have seen it first hand as a parent of four sons. One a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and now a Lt. Cmdr.; one a graduate of UW Green Bay finishing his master's degree and a Special Education teacher in a High School; one a senior at UW Platteville; and the fourth a senior in High School accepted at UW Stevens Point. All four are Eagle Scouts. Our public education works...and you want to weaken it further by allowing privatization of education into our state. Tax those who have money and have them take responsibility for the wonderful place they live that allowed them to become wealthy. Don't mess with Badger care...stop messing with public employees.I often talk with God and ask for guidance. But at know time does he say to take away from the meek, the poor, the elderly. If he is saying that to you...maybe it isn't God who is talking to you.I live in Wisconsin...I'm not an out of state brought in union thug.
